Directions to Rittenhouse Baptist Church

I 45 Heading South

· Head South of the North Beltway (8)
· Exit W Little York Rd
· Turn Right at the light
· Make a quick Left onto Stuebner Airline
· Turn Left onto W Rittenhouse Rd
· The Church is on the Right

I 45 Heading North
· Go North, past 610 North
· Exit W Parker Rd
· Turn Left at the light
· Go under the freeway
· Turn Right onto Stuebner Airline
· Turn Right onto W Rittenhouse Rd
· The Church is on the Right

290 heading East
· Total mileage is roughly 150 miles (maybe a mile or two less) from where the 290 leaves the I 35. 
· Roughly 75 miles from the 290 and I 35 point, you'll need to turn from 290 onto 290 towards Houston.  This is after Giddings, and near Brenham.  This also means your highway is almost a freeway, just two more lights shortly after this turn lays between you and your freeway exit. 
· You've got at least 50 miles from this point until your next turn. 
Option 1: Take the Freeways. 
· Merge onto 610 North.  Either 610 will cross the 45, but the north one is closer to your destination.  The merge lanes for 610 North are on the right side of the freeway. 
· Merge onto I 45 North.   The merge lanes are on the left side of the freeway.  Stay in the next to right lane once initially on I 45. You're exit isn't the first exit, but is shortly there after. 
· Follow the I 45 heading North directions from this point. 
Option 2: Exit West Little York. 
· Once off, you need to get over two lanes quickly.  Take the second W. Little York turn, immediatly after going under the bridge.  You'll loop around 270 degrees to be on the W. Little York heading towards I 45. 
· Roughly 9 miles later, you'll see I 45 and be ready to start turning towards the church. 
· This is NOT the best road, but you'll save 6 miles off of the freeway alternative.  Time wise it probably takes longer due to the multiple stoplights, slow residential speeds, and a set of train tracks. 
· This road floods in medium to heavy rains.  It also merges down to one lane for a good bit.  And forks right twice before you get to stuebner airline. 

Additional Notes
· There are no stoplights for Stuebner Airline or West Rittenhouse Rd. 
· West Little York, North Shepperd, and Parker Avenue all have stoplights. 
· Parker Avenue T's onto North Shepperd. 
· If you came from the 45 and you get to North Shepperd, you passed it.  Not to fear, West Rittenhouse Rd. does have an entrance from North Shepperd.  But there's no stoplights there. 
· There is a four way stop sign where Stuebner Airline and West Rittenhouse Rd. meet.  The church is on West Rittenhouse Rd. towards the I 45 from this point. 
· If you're not on the west side of I 45, you're in the wrong place.  The church is surrounded by W. Little York, N. Shepperd, Parker Ave., and the I 45.  Somewhere in the middle of all of that is where you need to be.
