How do I become a Christian? 

ADMIT that you have sin in your life.  Sin is anything we say, think or do that displeases God.

• “For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

• “There is none righteous, not even one.” Romans 3:10

BELIEVE that Jesus loves you and will forgive you of your sin and that He died on the cross, was buried and rose again to purchase a place for you in heaven that He offers as a free gift to you.

·        “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

·        “For by grace you have been saved through faith and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

CONFESS Jesus as the lord of your life.

·        “That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus as Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.” Romans 10:9-10

RECEIVE Jesus as your personal Savior.

·        “For whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13
